Regional AR Lead

Has overall responsibility for the process deliverables and fulfilment of SLAs for the accounts receivables process as well as driving continuous improvements and global standards. Engages with peers across the organisation to safeguard daily execution. Leaders of leaders role which includes coaching and development of
managers and teams, within the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Has responsibility for end to end execution of AR responsibilities and fulfilment of KPIs.

  • Monitors and drives payment application and collections towards customers with overdue invoices.

  • Leads the organisation and ensures resourcing, performance management and forecasting.

  • Has responsibility for stakeholder engagement towards global stakeholders on accounts receivables.

  • Provide the financial position and performance of the organisation and improve short and long term performance through relevant, accurate and timely reporting; analysis, decision support and participation through business partnering, and efficient operational and transactional processes.

  • Families responsible for managing financial information within the areas of bookkeeping, compliance with regulatory frameworks and period end activities.

  • Jobs focused on ensuring efficient execution of financial transactional activities (e.g. payables, recievables, collection etc.) related to vendors, customers and partners, internally as well as externally.

  • Roles in this career stream are accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources. Results are mainly delivered through others. These roles are accountable for business, functional or operational areas. Progression in these roles reflects and increasing breadth of managerial expertise.

  • Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff Works independently within a broad framework, with a clear level of authority. Contributes to wider decision making including the development of practices, processes and procedures. Broad experience in a job area. Develops departmental plans, including business, M5 Senior Accounts Receivable Manager Related information production and/or organizational priorities. Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions outside their own immediate area. Will be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units. Develops people - coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability, talent and bench strength.
