Join us as our new Operational Control Centre (OCC) Specialist (m/f/d) in our offices in Germany.

In this role, you have the responsibility for the 24/7 operational control. This includes securing correct messaging as well as acting on any disruptions that might occur. Installing short and long term corrective actions in case of disturbances or quality issues. Work very close with MAC and other carriers that are operating within the OCFO network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality control on correctness and completeness of the relevant messages and documentation in relation to flight ops
• Control tower function with constant monitoring of the flights operating within OCFO and all related Airline Partners 
• Solve immediate problems in close cooperation with MAC and 3rd airlines in case of flight disruptions
• Documents corrective actions and quality improvements
• Superuser on the selected operating system
• Communicate, liaise, and where applicable negotiate internally / externally using appropriate methods to facilitate reaching highest quality standard possible
• GHA Contact in case of Performance disturbance or change of Schedule or Settings

We are looking for:

• Experience in Airfreight - especially in Airline Operations is a plus
• Interest in engaging with different countries and cultures
• IT-affinity
